What paint products do you use?

We primarily use Sherwin William paint products. Typically for exterior siding we use Super Paint Acrylic Latex and for interior work we use Pro Mar 200 VOC. However, if you have another paint preference we are open to using your preferred brand.

What is sheen? Which would you recommend for my project?

A sheen refers to the glossiness of the paint finish. We typically recommend a satin sheen for the body and trim of exterior work. For interior work, we recommend an eggshell sheen. Both satin and eggshell provide the best overall curb appeal, as they are washable and have just the right bit of shine.

How many coats of paint do you apply?

We apply a full two coats of paint on all of our work, to provide your home the best coverage. The first coat is applied and allowed to cure prior to applying the second coat. We believe applying two coats of coverage is crucial to preserve the longevity of your paint job.

What steps do I need to take prior to you painting my project?

We require a 1/3 or 33% of the total estimate downpayment to begin the job. We will need the name and code of the colors you have chosen for your home as well as a signed Project Agreement. After that we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to begin the work on your project. Next you can sit back, relax and let us transform your home!

How long will the paint job last on my project?

We expect our quality paint jobs to last eight to twelve years with our recommended products.
